Drills improve a dancers’ technique and are important in dance because they help dancers develop muscle memory. This is essential for executing movement accurately and consistently.

Competition Routines - Sat - 11.30am-12.30pm - This class focuses on their competition solo/pairs choreography. The focus is on improving floor craft, power, transitions, spacing, planning. All solos and pairs/duet choreography is covered within this time, although the focus may change week to week depending on priority.
